Pork in soy sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • pork;
  • Red onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • butter;
  • orange peel;
  • honey;
  • vinegar;
  • sugar;
  • egg noodles.

 

METHOD

  1. We clean the pork and cut the flesh into small pieces. Coarsely chop the red onion, heat a deep frying pan with the addition of vegetable and butter, send the onion to fry. As soon as it "grabs" a little, add the pork.
  2. Remove the zest from two oranges. Mix half a glass of soy sauce, freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 tbsp. l. honey and pour into the pork. If there is little liquid, add water and leave to simmer over medium heat with a covered lid until tender.
  3. Pour boiling water into a saucepan, dip the zest into boiling water, after a minute put it on ice and then cut into thin strips. We heat the pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the zest, add a drop of 9% vinegar, two pinches of sugar and mix.
  4. Boil egg noodles in boiling salted water. Cut out the pulp from the orange slices. We put the noodles in a deep plate, put the pork on top, pour the sauce into the center of the dish, decorate with orange slices and zest.
