INGREDIENTS

Shortcrust pastry

• 3 cups flour;
• 1 cup of sugar;
• softened butter 1 pack;
• coffee cup of cold water.

Filling

• 4 apples;
• 1 tbsp. of sugar.

METHOD

1. Knead the dough. Cut off 1/3 part and freeze for sprinkling.
2. Cut the apples into cubes and simmer with sugar over low heat until soft.
3. Place the shortcrust pastry into an oiled mold. Lay the filling on top. Grate the frozen dough on the last layer with a grater.
4. Put in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
