Baked oysters

Oysters baked in their own juice.

INGREDIENTS

  • fresh white bread 200 g;
  • butter 60 g;
  • oysters 18 pcs.;
  • cream 20% 125 ml;
  • salt 0.25 tsp;
  • a pinch of chopped parsley.

METHOD

  1. Cut the bread into thin slices and place in a shallow baking sheet. Cook crackers for about 25 minutes.
  2. Open the oysters, drain their liquid and reduce it on the fire to 2 tablespoons.
  3. Pour cream into a saucepan with partially evaporated oyster juice, add butter, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.
  4. Add bread, oysters and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with parsley.
