- red mullet;
- wheat flour;
- corn flour;
- salt.
METHOD
Peel the red mullet, remove the insides. Salt and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Roll in a mixture of corn and wheat flour. Fry in a hot skillet with oil until crispy.
