Cottage cheese casserole

Traditional French cottage cheese casserole.

INGREDIENTS

  • cottage cheese 500 g.;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. of semolina;
  • 3 cups of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla;
  • 100 g. sour cream;
  • raisin;
  • butter for lubrication.

 

METHOD

  1. Mix the swollen mixture of sour cream and semolina with egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and a drop of salt. Mix everything thoroughly and add cottage cheese, after that you can also pass the mixture through a sieve or beat with a blender.
  2. Raisins dried after steaming are added to the curd-semolina mixture at the end. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina so that our casserole does not stick to the walls of the form, then spread the curd-semolina mixture, level it, put a little sour cream on top and put it in the oven.
  3. Baking is done for 35-45 minutes in a preheated oven and at 180 degrees.
