Grilled shrimp

Tender shrimp with a unique smoky flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • unpeeled shrimp (preferably without a head) - 400 g.;
  • lime juice - 3 tbsp.;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.;
  • fresh ground chili or Sambal Oelek paste - 1/4 tbsp.

 

METHOD

  1. One night before cooking, remove the shrimp from the freezer and place them in the refrigerator.
  2. To prepare the marinade, mix fresh lime juice, vegetable oil and Sambal Oelek paste or ground chili in one container.
  3. Put the unpeeled shrimp in a saucepan and pour over the marinade. Turn them over a couple of times so that the marinade covers them on all sides. Leave the shrimp to marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Take 4 skewers and put marinated shrimp on them. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
