INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. We make dough. Mix the flour with the egg, salt, and gradually adding water, knead a tight dough. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest.
  2. Finely chop the onion, put it in a bowl, salt and grind it with your hands to make the juice appear. Add finely chopped beef and chicken. We also add cumin, ground black pepper and a little water. Mix well and let stand.
  3. Roll out the dough into a sausage, cut into identical pieces and roll each into a cake.
  4. We put minced meat in the middle of the dough and wrap the manti first along the edges, then we glue the seams.
  5. Lubricate the bottom of the pressure cooker with vegetable oil and put manti into it. Cook until cooked for 30-40 minutes.
  6. We make sauce. Finely chop the garlic and hot pepper, salt and mix with sour cream.
  7. Serve manti with prepared sauce.
