METHOD

1. Strained whole milk is boiled over low heat for 5-10 minutes, then poured into enameled or glassware and, having cooled slightly, 1 tsp is added to it. sourdough (sour milk), stir the milk, cover with a lid, wrap and leave warm for 3-4 hours.
2. Fermented sour milk (if desired, you can put it in the cold for a while) is served for dessert, preferably with honey.
