Potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream - what could be tastier than this rustic healthy dish.
INGREDIENTS
6 medium sized potatoes;
3 tbsp. butter;
250 g. of champignons or other fresh mushrooms;
1 onion;
4 tbsp. sour cream;
salt and pepper;
1 bunch of fresh parsley;
3 cloves of garlic.
METHOD
Cut and fry potatoes in butter until crispy.
Chop the mushrooms and onion and add to the potatoes. Fry for a few more minutes.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper, cover and simmer for 5—10 minutes.
A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped parsley and garlic.
