Atubar (saltisons) - stuffed meat rolls fried in a pan or on hot coals. Great appetizer for the table.
INGREDIENTS
- beef;
- celery;
- salt;
- pepper;
- garlic.
METHOD
Cut the meat into thin pieces, flatten and beat off. Stuff with chopped celery and garlic and roll up.
Put in the refrigerator for three days. Fry in a pan with a closed lid over moderate heat.
