METHOD
Warm up the milk in a saucepan. Add the flour to the melted butter in a frying pan and carefully stir with a wooden spatula. Pour milk in small portions, stirring thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming. Bring the sauce to a boil, stir and simmer for two minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat, season with salt and place pieces of butter in the sauce so that a film does not form on the surface.
