METHOD
For the preparation of tzatziki, thick unflavored yogurt squeezed through a piece of gauze is used (in Greece and Turkey, usually from sheep or goat milk). A few cloves of garlic are placed in it, as well as a grated and squeezed cucumber, then seasoned with salt and pepper and a little olive oil is added. Sometimes lemon juice, dill, parsley, or mint are also added.
