Naval pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • pasta - 500 g.;
  • the pulp of beef, lamb or pork - 500 g.;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • melted butter - 50 g.;
  • vegetable oil - 50 g.;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt.

 

METHOD

  1. We pass 500 grams of lamb, beef or pork pulp through a meat grinder with a fine grate.
  2. Cut one medium-sized onion into small cubes and fry until transparent in 50 grams of ghee. Grilled meat is fried in 50 grams of vegetable oil.
  3. Boil 3 liters of water in a saucepan. Salt with 3 teaspoons of salt. We put 500 grams of pasta in boiling water and cook until tender.
  4. We shift the fried onions into the fried meat, add 150 milliliters of water from the pan in which the pasta is cooked, and continue to stew the meat until the moisture evaporates.
  5. Macaroni is ready, drain the water and transfer to a pan with meat. Stir, pepper and salt to taste, mix again.
  6. Macaroni is navy ready. We shift the finished pasta to a dish and serve with pickles or pickled cabbage.
