• 1 kg. yeast dough.

METHOD

1. Before you cook potato pies, you need to make the filling. Boil potatoes and mash.
2. Mix the finished mashed potatoes with chopped onion, egg and grated cheese. Salt and pepper the filling for fried pies with potatoes to taste.
3. Lay out the dough on a floured work surface. Let's cut it into several parts. We roll out each part, put the filling. We pinch the pies with potatoes.
4. Heat vegetable oil or butter in a large skillet.
5. Fry the pies on all sides until golden brown and put on a plate lined with paper towels.
