INGREDIENTS

• potato;
• nutmeg;
• salt;
• ground black pepper;
• garlic;
• several types of cheese;
• cream.

METHOD

1. Put the cream on a slow fire. Cut the garlic into thin circles and add to the cream. Add nutmeg, salt, black pepper to the cream.
2. Cut the potatoes into thin circles and boil in the cream for 7-8 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the cream and place in a baking dish. Add a few types of cheese to the cream and let the cheese melt. Add cream and cheese mixture to potatoes, being careful to alternate layers of potato and mixture.
3. Try to pack the potatoes as tightly as possible and sprinkle the surface with grated cheese. Send to the oven at 190°C for 30-40 minutes until done.
