Shrimps with cream and adjika

INGREDIENTS

  • large shrimp;
  • butter;
  • garlic;
  • dill;
  • heavy cream;
  • freshly ground pepper;
  • bay leaf;
  • adjika and salt.

 

METHOD

  1. Frozen shrimp can be immersed in a container of cool water for ten minutes. Next, the shrimp must be thoroughly washed, especially if they are in the shell.
  2. Transfer the washed shrimp to a colander and drain off any excess liquid. In the meantime, heat a frying pan with oil, add adjika and fry the shrimp for 3-5 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic and dill.
  3. Salt, pepper. Lightly heat the cream in the microwave and pour over the fried shrimp.
  4. Reduce the fire and simmer the dish under the lid for no more than 8-10 minutes. Let the dish cool for 10-15 minutes, during which the shrimp meat will absorb the broth.
  5. Before use, the gut leading to the tail should be removed.
