  • 4 large onions;
  • yogurt;
  • adjika;
  • salt, pepper.

 

METHOD

  1. Cut the chickens into small pieces and marinate for 1-2 days in yoghurt, adjika, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in butter.
  3. Add sunflower oil to the pan, put the chicken pieces and bring to readiness.
