Spaghetti bolognese

INGREDIENTS

  • spaghetti - 200-250 g.;
  • water;
  • salt;
  • minced meat (pork + beef) 400-500 g.;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic 2 cloves;
  • 3-4 tomatoes;
  • basil and parsley greens;
  • parmesan;
  • freshly ground pepper.

 

METHOD

  1. Wash the tomatoes, make cross-shaped incisions, dip in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and remove the skin. Grate them or grind them with a blender into a puree.
  2. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.
  3. Wash greens, dry and chop.
  4. In a frying pan heated with olive or vegetable oil, fry the onion and half the garlic for ~2-3 minutes.
  5. Add minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally, ~5 minutes.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix, cover with a lid and cook at a low boil for ~ 7-10 minutes.
  7. Turn off, add the basil and parsley, the remaining garlic, mix and cover.
  8. In a pot of boiling salted water (there should be a lot of water), put spaghetti, bring to a boil and cook until half cooked.
  9. Add a ladle of spaghetti water to the minced meat. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and add to the minced meat as well. Stir and let stand covered until spaghetti is 95% done.
  10. Serve with grated Parmesan and a sprig of basil.
